The principals of Applied Construction Services have separate past experiences servicing many diversified customers with demanding requirements as design professionals and contractors. We know the frustration with people who promise and do not deliver and why we decided in forming Applied, that would provide the best services to a limited group of customers than try to be everything to everyone. We would rather say “no thank you” to an opportunity due to volume then not provide the satisfaction the customer anticipates and we demand.
“Service” is an important function and is why we included the word in our name.
