In order to deliver optimal project management, Applied Construction Services has establishes a Support Services Team. We maintain the core competencies of our dedicated staff to provide specific services to guarantee ongoing operational services after preliminary construction is completed. This specialized team collaborates with your management for a successful completion of those interim projects seamlessly, on time and within budget. Among its comprehensive host of services, the Support Service Team provides the following:
- Ensures all documentation is promptly and concisely processed
- Ensures projects are current with all Building Department filings
- Perpetually monitors and updates crucial project information including progress photos, meeting minutes and changes to the Milestone Tracking Schedules
- Facilitates communication between all project stakeholders particularly during the construction phase
- Concisely processes change orders to increase subcontractor accountability
- Manages project documentation to facilitate tasks of construction professionals
- Assembles subcontractor closeout documents (guarantees, warrantees, operational manuals, as-built drawings, etc….)
