- Examinations of field conditions by our expert surveyors prior to commencement of construction to ensure that such conditions are reflected in the contract documents
- Architectural and Engineering “peer review” to achieve optimal design within the project budget
- Identification of any applicable incentive programs such as tax abatements, utility savings, low-cost financings and government sponsored grants
- Assisting with financial reporting needs such as cash-flow forecasts, cost modeling and depreciation schedules
- Developing contingency plans that shelter the project’s schedule and budgets from any unexpected cost
