Mr. Untoria is not only a principal of Applied but also co-founder of USA Architects. His knowledge of total project administration and general company management is a great asset to Applied. His experience in both the Public and Private sectors broadens his control of a multitude of projects and associations. As President, Mr. Untoria works with customers, large and small, to provide the best of service to every assignment. He works closely together with his staff to oversee that the best of services are provided to the customer insuring quality, schedule and budget compliance is standard policy of the company. Mr. Untoria makes it a point to frequently visits projects with his departmental supervisors, professionals and subcontractors to always maintain a pulse of the business. As a noted design professional he provides another value added layer of protection and expertise to the benefit of the Customer and the company

95,000sf space planning and interior design for offices, computer center, classroom training and dining hall facilities.

Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers Inc, Piscataway, New Jersey
New 10,000sf computer command center designed within the former warehouse space; as well as office renovations within the entire 90,000sf facility.

Kyocera International, Somerset, New Jersey
New 100,000sf office and distribution facility.

Celgene, Warren, New Jersey
30,000sf expansion. Includes offices, laboratories, training facilities, classrooms and exercise room forthis R&D and Bio-Medical company. Original facility was also designed by USA in 1987
